Fitting seats to a '65 floorpan is a bit of a pain, it's neither flat or the same shape on both sides. Just need to weld this plate in, and that's the drivers side done. Passenger side will be quicker now I now how to do it.

Axle case is back and ready to be installed once Jem has finished sloshing the paint around. New Moser shafts, green bearings and new U bolts arrived today as well.

Made up these nifty adaptors. I needed to support, lengthen and adapt the stock transmission cooler lines to fit Aeroquip hose. It's basically some 16mm rod welded to flat plate, bored through and tapped 1/8" NPT at both ends, works for me.

What is the fitting size at the stock trans cooler line end? I am just about to adapt mine to a new radiator.

Neil, the brass adaptors that screw into the stock radiator have a 1/8" NPT male end, the other male end with the tapered seat that attaches to the line itself, I don't know, It might be JIC.

thanks Blue, figured the 1/8"NPT into rad and thought -04 but wasn`t sure on the flared tube size/angle. I didn`t have any -04 to hand to try yesterday, so will gamble and see what happens
