Yeah but you guys have paid a lot of money for your cars and engines. I don't want to make them look pathetic by lifting my hood.

Well I thought Robs would be an example of where they went wrong, mine of how it should REALLY look and yours an example to trying to perfect perfection, and getting it wrong again

Ivor, do you think it would be useful to attach that pdf of Hall 4 here, so any other visitors can get an idea of where the stand is?

If we can attach files yet, that is... :?

I wouldn't mind knowing where you actually have to go to get the car into the hall. Is there a back or side entrance somewhere we need to be at?

I assume there will be marshels on the day directing us anyway but it helps if you have some idea in mind.

I've tried to attach the layout of the hall, but the board won't let me at the moment.

Dave, have you not got the email I sent you with all the details of the hall, the access doors etc?

If you sent it late last night I will not have seen it as I only checked my mail about 6pm.

I will PM you my 24 hour email address that I access all the time.

Sorted!

I was using Dave's email address, which he used back in the '80s when Tim Berners-Lee installed it at the Uni...

Yeah I only use the Blueyonder one for tradesmen and message boards so I don't get spam on my real address.

Hey how come the Gay Classic Car club get a big stand right in the center of the hall? I thought they would have been right up the back end of the hall and not us.

Gay Classic Car Club? I thought you blokes were having a laugh, until I looked closely at the plan of the hall.

I wonder if the stand is covered with a big shirt and you have to lift it up to have a look at the cars?:D

Watch what you say about the Gay Classic Car Group - one of them might be a member on here too....

I find that annoying actually.

If I started a club that stated it was for hetrosexuals only I would probably get into trouble over it.

And 10% of the membership would probably be telling a little white lie too.
