Perhaps it would be a good time to get the Bee back on the road and enjoy it for a bit let the dust settle on the barracuda then pick thing's up again with a fresh head later in the year?

Just a quick note of thanks to all the people who have offered help and assistance here (both on and off the board); it is really appreciated.

We are taking issue with the company that did the balancing and will update this in due course...

Please do not post up Company names at this time - even if they are just informed guesses...

don't want anything to potentially prejudice the discussions and outcome. Thank you for you understanding.

Pete

Pete I'm really sorry to hear this, been away on holiday for a couple of weeks so only just catching up. I always used to use http://www.bassetdownbalancing.co.uk/ for all my engine balancing,I think it has changed hands in recent years but back in the day they used to do stuff for al the top mtorsport teams, before they started getting their own in house stuff. I used to take 2 or 3 crank assemblies down & spend the day watching the man work his magic, they were drilled, tapped, plugged & welded, never had one fail. Hope it al comes good for you fella.
