They are doing the same thing here ripping out parking areas and putting in bike racks.

As Pete said ...Game Over .... And if I owned it or anyone else on here, you would sell it ....millions in the hand or scrimp through breaking even every year ...no contest ...be sad to see it go ...and personally I prefer it to the Pod ..
