Please put the stock valve covers on it!
Had the original ones powder coated and they look as new.

All the original parts from the car have been restored, boxed and labelled and put away safely.

Well I pulled the engine not long back and Dave B is working his magic on it as we speak. Its a number matching car so rather than buy a crate motor Dave has stripped the original block down and built a performance motor ( Aluminum heads / cam / inlet / forged pistons / steel rods / ignition ) aiming for the 450 bhp region. Should hopefully be ready in the next few weeks or so ( Thanks Dave :thumbright: )

Decided to refit the original dash so once Dave has finished rebuilding the engine Im going to refit the restored Rallye dash and original steering wheel.

The original steering wheel is currently being restored back to manufacturers spec with these guys....

Dunc has rebuilt the A833 4 speed so thats ready to go back in. New internals ordered from Brewers performance in the states. Picked it up off Dunc the other week ( Cheers Dunc ) .......If anyone thinks they have the best man cave in the world take a visit to Duncs House - he will soon shame you and beat you down with his superior hoard lol

Changed the front from 14" to 15" as the brake disc kit Ive bought will only fit 15" upwards. Rear were OK but still replaced to match front ones.

Yes Pete - Im keeping the car as original as possible but Dave has worked his magic on those 440 cubic inches and tuned it to a very healthy 478 bhp and 511 lbft. Its a numbers matching car so keeping it as original as possible ( with a few slight mods / improvements ) is a must.
