If that changes i'll try and put a message up from my mobile. They wanted to park me up with the film cars this year to which I strongly objected, so it looks like i'll be on the Mopar stand ..
This is great news for us as our little in has a model of "The King" from cars like your car and has been walking round for the last two weeks holding it saying "seeing racing car on Sunday"
I'm sure Don wouldn't mind a young Mopar fan sitting in the king for a pic or two .
That would be great, don't want to assume without Don saying. Just seeing it for real should make her day
Most of the day I should be near the car and certainly after lunch when it gets near to me doing my demo laps at around 3 pm. Yeah little 'uns are more than welcome to sit in the car, I encourage this as they are the future of our Mopar club. If I'm not around, the car will be unlocked and just help yourself and sit little 'uns in it, but obviously it goes without saying ...... please, no knob twiddling! ...

Looks like I'll be on my own then as I know my 3 mates won't be wanting to leave that early with me
Oh well.
Re opening times - just seen this in an email they sent out to people who've bought tickets:
"Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 8am Saturday and 9am on Sunday. If you are an American car owner and part of our display, please aim to arrive at 7.30am on Sunday."

7.30
Ooh dear
I won't be there till 9am but hopefully the rear paddock entrance wont be too bad to get in.
I'll be well miffed if they don't let me in!!!!
"1. On Sunday 7 June gates for American vehicle entry will open at 7am and close at 10am. Please note that you MUST be in the queue by 10am or you will not be allowed entry into the display area."
So I'm taking it you can turn up any time up till 10, although getting in the queue just before 10 could be risky especially if it fills up. But regards our pitch, an area should be set aside for the numbers on the list? So there should be no worry of not having a space?
The card I have to hang on the mirror has a black square and says "follow square symbol on highway signage"

I woud like to get there real early. But getting Mrs and little to get ready really means we will be leaving Harlow around 8 so get in the queue around 9. We will be going M11/M25. So may bump into you on the way. I'm guessing your doing A10/M25?

Yup. We'll be getting off A10/J25 M25 at 8AM so may bump into you on way, though my blumo is no particular speed machine lol.
I just called them and what I posted above is correct. For car entry gates open at 7:30 and you can be in the queue up till 10. But prob best not rocking up at 10.

Ok cool, hope to bump into you (not literally ), if we get going dead on 8 we'll probably be at M11/M25 junction about 15/20 mins after.
If you get there late and get any problems, just tell them you had to get a part for my Superbird, they'll let you in for sure lol !!!
For the past 2 years its been really busy 6.00am onwards but the queues normally subside by around 9.00 - 9.30 so I wouldn't worry too much, they're really laid back at Brands and wouldn't turn you away .....
