Yea I can rename it,but I have to say Dave has made this trip very easy,and fun,and if not for him we would have missed some stuff.

and this trip really does not include Vanishing Point locations(other than Denver) since we have been there, so it is more of just a major road trip,and racking up miles we have 2100 so far and more to come.

Im really pleased to hear that Graveyard Carz was largely staged. I must admit that I was finding it hard to get past Marks daft attitude on screen but was always in awe of his knowledge and skills.

Ive always said that SF is a country on its own. Very nice people, a relaxed and beautiful city, especially if you get off the beaten track. Love the photos of the bridge.

I love the desert and, if your countries stupid rules allowed it, I would retire to Nevada or Eastern California next year (good luck with the 10 years Matt!) and live in a big trailer whilst disappearing under a mountain of beer cans and C body Mopars!

Ok we spent the last night in Stevenson Washington, the two states Oregon /Washington are separated my the huge comunbia river and pretty mush runs for many miles.

this is where a mate of ours Pat Hartley that was part of the first VP trip, he could not make it so we decided to go see him and it turned out to be handy,we stayed at their house,had some delicious Alaskan salmon,and used their laundry,now we have clean clothes to finish the trip.

Now we are in Boise Idaho,home of small mountains about 3000 feet above sea level,they are known for their potatoes due to the volcanic soil,and that is about it ,this is the only time we really dont have anything to show,it is a stop over town, on the way to see Yogi and Yellowstone National park.

We are at 2600 miles,and the Hero 12 chally just turned 50 k,and has performed flawlessly,fantastic car ,so much so Dave is starting to really like the car too,he said he might consider a used 15 in a few years,and maybe we will let him back in the club

Thanks for the look,San Fran is always cold,the coldest winter I know was the summer I spent in San Fran.......

Quick up date,3100 miles so far.

We made it to West Yellowstone,Montana,right on the state line between Idaho,and Montana ,Wyoming.


Ihave only a few pics as the land between Boise and here is well kinda plain, not alot to see ,but we are right on the west edge of the park so tomorrow will have some good photo ops.

still having a great time,I knew Dave was a prankster, When we were in the U.K. I was riding in the back seat,I fell a sleep, and Dave did the ole stomp on the brakes game and screamed,I did jump a bit,and I always knew one way or another he would get paid back,and I didnt even have to try.

When we were in Antelope canyon,the guide knew he was a pranker, so she looked at me and said come on guys we gotta go,she gave me a wink,so I played along,with all the nooks and crannies,she hid behind one,and jumped out at Dave,all we could hear in the canyon was someone scream like a girl,it was Dave, the whole canyon filled with laughter,,Karma got Dave...hahahahah so funny.

WOW very cool,dam glad we didn't disappoint ,we have a few more miles to go,kinda bitter sweet,miss home but dont want the trip to end.

But we do have a few more places that will be very cool.

I feel like a tourist in my own country,places like this are full of foreigners.

This hotel is full of Chinese and a few Brits too
