Lest you thought I'd been slacking, here's what I've been spending far too much time doing. Front chassis braces, run from the roll bar A post bar to the front K frame mount tying into the shock mount on the way. Figuring out how best to do it has taken almost as long as actually doing it. I couldn't work out exactly where they would need to pass through the bulkhead, so I carefully cut out a large access hole. The original parts will be trimmed and welded back in. In order to get maximum tyre clearance and to get as close as possible to the shock mount, the bars have to be let into the inner wings. Both inner wings are different shapes which just makes the job slower. Working in several different planes at once and single handed, it's laborious to say the least, but I've nearly got them ready to weld in now.

Another marathon welding sesh last night, front bars finally finished. A really challenging job, I'm glad that's out of the way! Progress should speed up a gear now...
