The legendary Hemi Colt. I think they were outlawed by NHRA as being too dangerous. The legendary Don Carlton died while testing a Hemi Colt. Short wheelbase and Hemi sounds like a recipe for problems. Don Carlton drove the Motown Missile cars including the "Wire" cars.

Yes, Mike Posted those for me I had a thing about Mustangs in my early teens but I grew out of it...
I took hundreds of photos back then, not always the greatest quality as I didn't have a decent SLR until I was 16. Most I have posted online over the years but there's still a fair amount that haven't been seen I reckon.
