Got tickets for the Camden Town Roundhouse gig, so that's a bit of a bonus
Likewise - fancied seeing The Answer so booked tix for that gig a while ago, then saw that Tracer are supporting - another great new band we've already seen headlining a couple of times, so another great double-bill
but on the whole theyre very slick & professional for a relatively new band

) has been managing for the last few years with a Roland electronic kit which he uses for practice at home and practice at a couple of local 'studios' (well, converted sheds & barns) but he has a gig coming up where he'll need a 'proper' kit, and I didn't want him to have to borrow one again, like he did last time.
Yes, we looked at a couple of other kits and this seemed about the best for the price. There was a Pearl kit for about the same ££ but Andrew was happy with Tama. I'd class it as an 'intermediate' - there were much cheaper kits that are more for beginners and there were plenty at 3x the price, but this will do him till he's earning for himself. ) are a decent set - £300 worth and are compatible, quality-wise, with the drums. so should last a fair few years.
