I've kind of had a change of plans. Rather than cut out the whole bulkhead and have problems getting the new one in we are only going to replace the good bits with the bad as it would redice the risk of bending the car more than it already is. I've still got to find someone with a jig just to do the chassis stuff but I've managed to logate a drivers door, (chears Dave), and Duncan, (you have PM), has come up with a wing. The passenger side is saveable but not the drivers side. Got a shopping list so will be ordering other stuff in the next few days through Pascal and Jacks autoparts. A friend is coming over to help with the engine. Jules has a bonnet sorry hood that I can borrow or possibly buy so that's all the main parts sorted to go with it when I find a jig. Jules and his mates also knows of a guy who can come out and shotblast the car so will be giving him a ring too. I'm so much more hopefull now about getting this on the road now and with a huge amount of help from everyone that I've had so far and will have. It WILL live again, (eventually).
Hi RR It's going a bit slow at the moment. Been talking to John at JPC and loads and I mean loads of other people about this shed sorry car. John's given me a quote on straightening it so just trying to figure out the money side of things.
I had to sell my BMW clubsport to fund this thing and I've bought wings, full quarters and some other bits from Jacks auto-parts in America and they were fantastic to deal with. I've been mostly gathering parts and stuff so once it's straightened I can crack on with the body work and putting it together. Just running out of pennies very quickly.
The only photos I have are of the panels I bought.
I'm a very stubborn female and determined to get this shed on the road one day or should that be one year.

Thats the spirit. Its a long and expensive road, as you will find out but you have the right attitude. When its done, you will be able to give yourself a big pat on th back for not throwing the towel in, and having a fantastic car to show for it. Take your time, do it once, do it right.
Once you have the panels you need and some cash, get the body to john, and forget about it while you sort your engine, box, and all the other goodies needed to get the car back together.
You sound determined - its good to hear.
Nice one

I've agreed with John at JC that he's doing the straightening of the chassis legs and sorting out the bulkhead. With this he needs the wings, hood and doors to make sure it's all straight. I'm just waiting on his delivery/collection guy to give me a buzz to sort out when it's going over. I know it's not the whole car sorted but I cannot afford any more than what's been agreed with John so it will be a slow process.
