I really enjoyed the event, but one small adjustment might help next year. A simple board outside the signing on office indicating which time slots were allocated to the bracket cars. For instance, on Friday evening the last half hour was mostly given over to the bracket guys, so I never got a late run in.
I'm happy to see those guys race, it's exciting stuff, but some of the RWYB guys waiting in the lanes could have nipped up to the stand to watch the bracket cars, as opposed to feeling obliged to wait with their cars for the duration.

It was all over too fast for us
Got there for Friday lunch time this year
Great variety of cars, although a 'Mopar only' period in the pairing lane would be good in future. We can then watch Mopar against Mopar cause that's the theme of the weekend.
Shame it rained for the presentation, but we were glad of the dry weather we had.
Well done to Roger Keys for finishing the 69 Charger restoration after 12 years
0.1 second off my PB, deepite the new Suregrip, but put that down to the headwind...
Covered around 350 miles and £150 on petrol but well worth it

(we all know his work stopped him being there!). Thirdly, at least this topic has urged people to voice there likes and dislikes, which is a "GOOD THING"
.....................................................And finally, It was, IMHO, nearly as good as last year, only the weather on Sunday letting it down, but even the "COMMITTEE" can`t control that,!!!!!!! or can they?

Or Sunday from 10 to 11 am, when there is never anyone about. (guess they are all still Bananarama! from the night before?) This is when ive raced in the past. Last time got circa 10 runs in by 11.Jim wrote:Strange that, last year the fire up road was half empty for nearly all of the weekend. some people were driving around and aroujnd again, I don't think it was ever full. This year it was busy again. All we can do is get the Pod to allocate as much track time as possible. The best time is definitley Friday. It's worth taking the day off if at all possible.
