Same cab as a regular unit Terry except you get a flat floor. Have you seen the new Renaults yet, havent made my mind up yet. The bigger Magnum replacement isnt that bad a looker. Still Volvo underneath though.

I hate Renaults ,had a premium once ,hatefull things ,no insulation in the cab ,anything you touched fell to bits, plauged with troubles, best thing about them now is the Volvo running gear ,but not for me

seen a blue one of these things a few times on the a14 ,bet its good inside,,if its got the topline bed up in the roof ,be like a whole little room in the back

Mmmmm looks like there all trying to out do each other in the ugly stakes. Price of wind tunnel design i suppose. I have seen some of those stretched Scanias in euroland, dont know if there a factory option. Some ive seen are quite plain just with factory decals along with the words Super Griffin. Others are over the top euro style murals. You know the ones. Im happy with the FH.

new volvo is lovely to look at

but give me the old dash anyday the new one = YUKYUKYUK

i HATED the magnum. climbing up the side of it evey time to get in, ice cold hand rails, slipping off the side of it..just no!

the big scania is the Longline. and I too have seen the blue one, normally carrying containers.

for me its still the XF daf or the oldshape FH16.

Merc can do one. unless its the NEW one.

heres one of my firms xf dafs ,another truck I don't really care much for, guess im just keen on Volvos ,I used to like ERFs ,im a bit sad really .but the twinsplit gearbox was the nuts, made up for the dash that used to curl up at the ends and the plastic cab that rattled and bounced around ,but for reliability they were great

Tyre blew Mossy, force of it went into the tank, which I had filled to the brim on France. The force caused the tank to rupture spilling all down the hard shoulder. Meanwhile until iIgot pulled in tthe tyre flayed the wing ,stays ,lights off it. Six hours on the hard shoulder. HATo came weren't interested !!!, stayed all of 3 minutes then drove off. Counted 6 cop cars drive past, non stopped.. Towed into Volvo Enfield, got there 2130 ,6 hours later. Got away at 1900 the night after, Volvo Enfield argueing with Volvo Borough bridge who was paying. Boss stepped in and paid over the phone, will argue about it after. £4500.

truck tyres exploding go with one hell of a bang.

we had one that blew on a trailer, blew out the following tyre, and both airbags.
