Guesses.....
Red cover is Ferrari F430 by the shape.
Black is either a 550 Maranello, Scaglietti or 911.

The white is an Escalade EXT or older Cadillac Car.........

What do I win? :D

Correct - the red is a F430. The rest in there are WAY more special. Understandably, they haven't shown me the other cars, nor would they confirm or deny what was under them. My guesses (not that I peaked or anything) are an Aston One-77, Zonda F, McLaren F1 GTR and a McLaren Edition SLR!!!

And to add to that on the day I dropped the cover off there was a Hispano-Suiza K6 Cabriolet Brandone being photographed.

Still a nice car though :thumbright:
Thanks! :D

And...

Enjoying a good debate on the pedantic, I contacted Richard Ehrenberg (Technical Editor) of Mopar Action magazine regarding the RH mirror being an option on a Superbird.

His response was:

"To the best of my knowledge, the RH mirror was an unrestricted option.

Rick"

:P :P :P

However, the question should be, was it an original option on MY car... and for that we'll have to wait to find out. :)

With all things being equal, where's the evidence to the contrary?

Otherwise, just like Rick, your opinion is just to the best of your knowledge. Two young whipper snappers with faded memories.... ;)

Can you check with "RICK" if he has a copy of the memo ref:- Nascar Master #1 which is a 2 page memo issued by Chrysler containing much vital information about which was and was not available on Superbirds. It lists a lot of mandatory equipment. :read2: :read2: :read2:

I have a copy that I can post if anyone is interested

Still a nice car ;)

From a young 60 year old without a "FADED" memory :?

A copy that you can email to me. A scan.

Of course, there is that other thing, what's it called? The Royal Mail? Consignia? They still exist, right?

Either way... thank you. :)
