I did wonder that myself, is there a black decal that goes around the door and that's the way they were done originally?

it has a Decal over the whole lot, just gets rid of the Blue line round the door opening, :)

didnt know it was done like that , must be a camera trick as the paint looks like it goes higher up the nose cone than the decal will sit.

Doesn't that black paint extend beyond where the decal goes?
