Well thread is not dead yet, more a case of being dormant
Heard from the DVLA today about the registration saga. They are now arranging for vehicle assessors to come and inspect both cars, date of visit TBC. Judging by their current speed rate, may not be for a while, then again you never know
The good news is that what ever the outcome, they will issue an age related plate to who ever is unsucessfull (If thats the right word)
So overall I am a lot happier as news was a lot more positive than I was expecting

He might sell it not sure...its Matt black now....but it is definately it in very good condition. $$$
I can only ask him, he knows its from Cracklin....he told me.
its not Hughs its a twin rallye hood with 70's prostock letter box type scoop, very similar to the one in Blues pictures....apparently he bought it off the guy who was selling cracklin years ago

My best mate Del from school works here ( above), been workin in the U.S. after his 4 year coach trimming apprenticeship and working 8 odd years at Rolls Royce in London.
He's originally Jamaican borm n bred....done really well out there too, working for British Auto's in Reseda Cali to start with then a rod shop, moved to Massachusetts, started his own superior Car interior restoration shop and then moved to Paul Russell when they made him an offer he could nt understand
this place looks after thousand of top notch cars American and European....and most of Ralph Laurens 100+ cars.
Mental place, beautiful countryside, and very near the sea too

Heard from the DVLA this week, could all be drawn to a conclusion in the next couple of weeks.
I have no idea, which car the DVLA will decide is or isnt CracklinRose, all I care about now is that it will be finally resolved..........
Been a long 6 months
