I have got thes wheels on approval for the moment.(Thanks for the trust Budgie)
Not sure weather to try to convince the wife into spending some more dosh or not.I like them though and I reckon the car shouts Bling anyway.Dont s`pose I will upset any purists as my car is 95% non-original anyway.
If Fat Tony`s and All Killers look that good on 17`s then why not join in with a B body I say???

Rich, go on join the clan.
Although it might be the photo you look like you could get more rubber under the rear on that rim.
Are they F**d Bullitt wheels ?

Well spotted Steve..I`m having a play with tyres and sizes before I make a decision.Main problem is that the wheels have a lot of inset.Thats why it looks like I could get more rubber in there.I could on the out side but not too much on the inside.I`m taking the car out now so I can park up and have a look from a distance to get the overall effect

Sorry, I'm old school, to much wheel, not enough sidewall for my taste, but hey if you like it then its cool !

Rich they are well cool and wait til you drive it quick with them on, Old School PAH

! It will handle much better.
I have quite a lot of inset on mine but still managed 275 on the rear rims.
Go to a place that dont mind trying different tyre combos til your happy. a lot of the Maxi Pants..... tyre places are cool with that, as they are always trying to squeeze the biggest tyre/rim into the smallest space.
Mine are, 245x 40 front and 275 x 45 rear, little more side wall on rear for rake

Ahh but thats the rub for me, if I want handling I would have bought Wills Skyline and had the brakes to match !
For me these cars are for cruising out on the streets with the occasional blat to remind the kids Saxos with stoopid spoilers are not the great thing they think they are
Old cars with smallish wheels and big rubber look sweet, I also like them fairly high rather than lowered, lowered old cars just look tired to me but hey each to their own.
The one real hassle I see with those wheels on that car is the wheel does not follow the arch profile so they look a bit out of place.
Love the car though! and please don't take this personally, I am an ageing long haired mechanic so I have no taste anyway!
