Just read this Del. I'm gutted for you.

Good luck with sorting the insurance, and here's hoping the police (or 'others') get to the bottom of who was responsible. These scum do not belong in any society, and will never feel any remorse for their actions.

Can this incident go in any of your local rags?

All the rest were not interested. Best of luck with it.

I would certainly try to claim from your contents insurance for those items, as long as the garage is covered as well.

Best of luck with it Del.... Me? I would clean it and drive it as it is.

Someone somewhere knows who done it!

The MMA should post a reward for the conviction of the scumbags.

We done it once when Billy's expensive bike was stolen.. We got a conviction too! It was someone he knew. He lost a lot of friends!
This a real sad case sorry to hear what happened , usually over here in the States it is someone that somebody knows and you might just know them yourself ,stay vigilant and I feel he will be caught ,SOMEBODY KNOWS SOMETHING.................. :(

That's a good idea - we could set up a reward fund, Most of those scumbags would probably sell their Mum for a few quid.....

Bad idea then,i will not be handing over cash to a scum bag.But will gladly do anything to Help raise cash for Del if there is a shortfall after the insurance.

The reward should be they only get one leg broken!

You wouldn't believe some of the offers of help I've had, even had an ex member phone me with the offer of his car for the Nats, this really is a great club.

Some of the offers of help from members on Rods n Sods have been unbelievable too, a lot from people that I have never meet, an yet they are willing to travel to help me out, It all brings a tear to my eye.

Andy, that's a nice offer but the insurance will cover the car, just not all the spares I had.

Derek, I've just seen this after getting back home. It's difficult to believe this sort of thing. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

Been here before, went with Anton today to see the Charger, ended up striping the whole bloody thing again.

The vinyl had got so hot that it melted the seams and had shrunk, lots of the stainless has to be polished or replaced all the fuzzies are Bananarama! along with the upper door card things and front passenger seat, it's in a worse state than I first thought, to say I'm sick is an understatement.

You know what Anton is like... give him a 72 hour non stop shift on that, you'll be winning concours...

Seriously though - well done for tearing straight back into it. Dont let em grind you down. :thumbright:

So whats next then Derek? Are you stripping it down again or are the insurance company going to sort the whole thing out? Try to keep your chin up buddy . If I lived nearer I would certainly have helped in any way I could.
