Thanks Steve,

Martin and I should be there shortly after 9am with all the gear, if you can make your way straight to the stand, that'll be good, getting cars like ours in after the other stands start setting up can be tricky!
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Good show. :thumbright:

Good to see all at the MMA stand. Still trying to decide what my car of show was.
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not…

Was good to see some of you guys on Sat. Roger's Charger is truly stunning....... =P~

Some great cars there this year (have not been for 3), and i'm sure this even is getting bigger (don't usually walk that much)!

Don't thing i've ever seen 5 Testarossa's in one place before, some great looking classic 911's too. Not sure about the auction setup........ :? All revenue for the NEC suppose!

Car of the show for me.........Baby blue Hotrod! =P~

Only gripe this year was the comedy that was getting into the show. Been to the NEC many years for many different events and its usually free moving 5 mins to park etc.

Something went wrong this time. 20 mins sat on the slip road. Decided to go round the other side of the Airport and get in that way. Sat in a traffic jam for 35mins.

Got back safe and sound (and dry - that's a bonus!!!) from the NEC in the Bee.
Stonking ride back, and only used 3/4 of a tank from Corley Services

There's something very entertaining about a hard drive with lots of power and no handling to match.....still buzzin'.

Absolutely brilliant to see everyone at the NEC.
Special thanks to Ivor for all his organisation and Martin for his patience and gas attendant skills!

I think the stand looked great, and pride of place was Rogers stunning RT/SE. Love the piglet too, and even a little grudging respect for the Polaris Sub ;) ;)

Special "Hello" to Alex Doig and Steph, my really great mates, brilliant to see them both again.

Roll on next year!!

Glad you got back ok Pete and thanks for your help as discussed. I had the pleasure of meeting some great people this weekend and, despite my niggling starting issue, I thoroughly enjoyed the last four days!!

I too got home fine, the sub ran like a dream on the way back ( thanks to Terry havin the 'no choke' knack).... He even showed great restraint when I mixed my positives an negatives up with my hotwire contraption in front of a crowd of smirking Mustang owners... You are a gent Terry!

Was a privelidge to meet Alex, who, together with Pete, patiently ran through the electrics on my car....bouncing ideas around and encouraging me to learn etc. Was very kind of them both to spare their time and knowledge to help me!

Was great spending time with Ivor, Martin, Roger, Wendy etc etc... Very good company indeed, and being asked to put my car alongside cars of the calibre that Terry, Pete and Roger presented, is the highlight of my Mopar journey to date.... without a doubt!

Knackered now but finished the weekend with a big smile and some
great memories, all thanks to the MMA!

Cheers Steve
