My first thought was how did it pass ?
I think Carl is right on this one.
Priced up some new ones with side light in £40 each. Not too pricey and it means I can loose the 2 land rover things in my bumper !!!!! :thumbright:

Funny you should say that Carl.

My trucks apparently one that a murderer drives !!!
And when I put my pic on the faces to names thread Dave likens me to something off crimewatch !!!!!!
Identity crisis !
Perhaps I should go the cop car look to balance the 'karma' :D

Nah!!!

If you are going the Moredoor Cop Car route, it has to be a "C" Body Monaco - as per the Blues Brothers. Absolutely Iconic.

I am sure we could find someone with a shotgun to blow your rear screen in ;)

Quite like the taxi !!!!

Good day today. Headers booked in for Monday. Money back on sender.
Adjusted lights as far left as possible don't know if its going to be enough. We shall see !
Fixed wipers. Link arm had popped off drivers side. Easy to get to. ( result!!!)
The plastic clip had splayed and wasn't clipping in groove. Small zip tie. Sorted!(and of course a squirt of Gibbs to moving parts ) :thumbright:

Headers got fitted today by Flow Tech.
It came to a little more than quoted but I did get them to line the whole lot up again as it was knocking on the chassis rail and even exited out of line !!!!
Really pleased with the job they done.
Sounds lovely !!!!!!
Oh. Thanks Carl for running me down there :thumbright:

Nice one Gary! Did they put bends in one continuous tube or weld angles together? Was it a complete custom jobbie? Did they have many issues with the headers??

Cheers Steve :thumbright:

You and your pics Dave ....
Get some soon.

Steve. The headers were Hedman jobbies
Apparently bit of a sod to fit. Starter off. Steering linkage etc. no probs with oil filter. Oh he got a soaking from the end header bolts ! ( should have warned him. Then again he should have known ? Perhaps he forgot !!! )
One pipe is tight to 2 ht leads but I think that was the case before. Post some pics when I can chaps :thumbright:
