There was a time when they were used for the School run or the Kebab run also left out side pubs in london with the keys in it. Not to mention when some of them had Dralon interior Wolfrace Wheels Harry Moss Speakers, Kick the Bench seats out and put in Buckets in what about the colours some of us painted them that was crazy they were the happy days when we had loads of fun in Superbirds how the world has gone mad its only a mirror.

I've said it before, but there used to be a purple Daytona or Superbird parked ouside a house on the South Circular road in Wandsworth. Parked outside of a shared house next to the bins and shrubbery :)
One of you young 60+ year olds ever own it?

Alan's bird was the 1st one I ever had chance to look up real close & have a good nose round.

I saw Alan up at Stuart & Miltons birthday bash a couple of years ago, was a great night, reunion seeing folks I hadn't seen for years.

Takes me back to Trinity Road when ever I hear Wandsworth & the Bird, whit in his 452, Mick Cooke, Neon Star .... Good old car days :thumbright:

I feel old today mate

I never went out in the Bird, GBH - I rode in that after Andy E had repaired it, had a good few cracks in that with Andy, along with Whit, Steve Withers in his GTX, Martin Bonner
