Yep. Thats what I meant. Its the likely outcome isnt it - filling the PC quota will be BBC first priority. Will be delighted to eat hat - I dont really care who presents but I do think it should be 100% based on what they bring to the team rather than what gender/colour they are and I just fear that might not be the first criteria... lets see - if it IS a white-middle-aged-man then I will consider myself wrong :)

It looks almost a done deal. ITV will have a new car prog with the old faces directly against Mr Evans on Sundays at 8 pm.

The elephant in the room was genius. According to the sunday times, when they shot that Hammond was in his car and gone 10 seconds later. Fairly emotional shoot.

there was an elephant in the room

the Fiat 124 spider looked/sounded the part

can’t fault an MGBGT, apart from all the normal faults

but what in the name of Beelzebub was that excuse of a Peugeot??

the SUV film was funny

Clarkson said ‘I hate Top Gear’, it was off camera and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was over dubbed later

I laughed a lot in that 1hr 15

thanks for watching, goodbye

I thought editing the sound so you could hear Hammond screaming on top of the biplane, while the camera was down with the others on the ground, was a clever touch

The new "Politically Correct" Top gear team - All the boxes ticked on this one.

The lefties at the BBC are making sure no one will be offended by the new Top gear team ( the new Stig is actually a disabled lesbian migrant from Syria )

Evans vomiting when he tries to talk to camera made a nice daily mail diversion of a story

half of the production team he brought with him walking off site because of some disagreement linked to meddling BBC2 bosses and new production team members who know nothing about cars.

crashing a jag the first time out....

probably all just Idle gossip

all strenuously denied by the BBC of course, they do have a track record of denying stuff though
