Yep, dont mind a bit of funkiness - from The Meters, Sly & The Family Stone, Mothers Finest thru to RHCP
But I'll always a have time for a bit of The Damned too. Cool stuff Ade
Bit more maintream tho, Andrew & I saw this lot last nite - Monster Truck, with The Graveltones supporting.

Sky valley mistress are a young local(ish) to me band with a very good female singer, they play the local pubs round here a lot.
Anyway, they have a new CD coming out, this is the first video.

Andrew & I saw this lot last week at The Garage, Islington. BIGELF.
but they had John Wesley from Porcupine Tree on guitar. Awesome guitarist
Support band were pretty cool too. BEND SINISTER
Kind of proggy but with a bit of Foghat-style boogie too. They finished with a great cover of Supertramp's Logical Song
But this is typical of their stuff
