Not familiar with that track tho - the cover or the original
Talking of covers - here's his attempt at the Ram Jam version of Black Betty. I think he played it last time we saw him, last year.
I still prefer Ram Jam's version tho; just about my all time fave 'single'

Yea I have heard the ram jams version I am tossed ,not sure what version I like ,Pat Travers had his day

When he last came to the UK me and Stu (my brother) were going to go and see him but we were both a bit busy so decided that we would catch him next time around. Turned out to be a huge mistake that I'm still cursing myself for making.

We saw him in 89 & 90. In a similar vien, we also saw Johnny Winter in '89. Another legend sadly gone in 2014
