Arms are covered in em from wrist to shoulder , you'll mostly see me in long sleeves , even in summer. ;)

If a bloke knocks on yer door to carry out a repair , would you feel comfortable if he's got tats?

DON'T DO IT .

Anywhere with the skin close to bone. Shins, centre of chest, head, feet etc. Of course we have some members whose skin is a hell of a way away from the old skeleton.

There speaks a man of experience. ;) You never know, when you have them young, quite what an impact they will have on your life. Because until you get older, you don't know how you're going to feel when you're older, or what you are going to end up doing and how they will impact on that. :help:

Each to their own, though. :D

Its absolutely amazing, that even with the modern tatoo 'fad' (its a bandwagon that many think its cool to jump on), there are a huge amount of people who, when they find out you have one, pull a face like they have just stepped in dog cack. In this age of 'first impressions' people still get the wrong one when they see a tatoo.

What a stoopid thing to have done in the name of fashion. Oh, and I have to say, I think getting a Mopar one rasnks up there with love n hate on yer knuckles, ACAB on yer forehead and mild n bitter on the smilkies. I VERY nearly had a pair of swifts on my hands / hinges in my elbows / dotted line n scissors round my neck with 'cut here' above it. THANK GOD I saw sense. I also toyed with a music stave around the back of my neck.

Hmm, those Rockabilly days nearly ruined me.

Wise words, if you end up in the service industry you will always have problems with Tats; save the money for speed parts :thumbright:

Never really seen the appeal of tattoo's, I always think of it as buying a shirt when you're 18 and wearing it for the rest of your life. Some of the designs I have seen are really excellent though I must say, just not for me.
