Oh dear Simon
Bananarama! a cord with me mate,i lost the love of my life 7 years ago and i know what your goin through and it's all horrible.
I went on auto pilot, keeping all around me as normal as possible and friends and family kept close.
When on my own thats when i would cry my heart out, It all takes time and everybody is different.
If you want to talk then you can always PM me.I'll be thinking of you, don't spend to much time on your own except when you want it.
Regards B.

Blimey, that's a tough one Simon.
I DO know how you feel.
Getting past the funeral is a big step as you can get a bit of closure at that point, and you can try to move on. It will still be very tough.
People will empathize with you, but in reality they will tend to get own with their own lives, whereas yours will have changed forever.
Friends and a bit of "normality" will be very important now....
We are all thinking of you this Christmas.
Pete, Julie and the girls.
