Some slight adjustment to the roll cage required...

Well it was built as a racecar so i guess poeple getting in the back wasn't a major consideration. Til now...
The (very nicely contoured) door bars were tight against the front seat and the back wouldn't hinge forward so some tweaking was in order.
1st attempt was enough to get the seat back out but the moment tension was released the bars went right back.

Back to it- managed to spread the cage bars by a full inch before the jack went.

Yes, it went with a bang.

Yes, i jumped out of my skin :shock:

Haven't tried the seat back in yet but it's looking good.

That was my thought James!!
On reflection i think the bit i broke wasn't meant to take the full load, definitely weaker than the rest of the Jack.
