Fuel tank breather problem

I have a problem with one of my tank breather pipes. Sometimes, after a run the pipe drips petrol under the car. It's pre evap.control so there's two pipes out of the tank. One runs up through the boot floor and goes down into n/s chassis rail(remember that if welding). The other pipe runs up to the boot floor, turns 90* for 3 inches then turns 90* again and points down towards the road. This is the one dripping. All correctly set up as per FSM drawing. I'm worried that it could happen parked on a show field and someone drops their fag butt underneath  The exhaust runs nowhere near the tank so, it's not heating up. :?

The one goin into the chassis rail could be blocked , causing the other one to syphon out the tank , when the fuel is sloshing around.
