hey derek,
thats how i got my first charger up the road!! after 100 miles or so i phoned them up and said 'the oil lights came on and i heard a loud bang from the engine, theres loadsa smoke too. is it ok to carry on?'
the other 450 miles where in a tow truck sleeping. then i just drove her off the ramp and onto the drive. the driver just chuckeled,he got paid well for the run.
oh and if any of you work for the AA,i just made that all up,lol

I'm glad you got that car Andy, are you going to save it or make 1 from 2?

That 360 block is the matching numbers block from my CH Hardtop.

Can we organise a time and place to swap the trunk lid and shot blaster?

hi james,
i will put garys charger on the road and use the engine from mine as he has sold the 360 separetly. the bodywork on his looks much better than mine anyway. ill use mine to complete the vh keep the vj as spares. depending what the vh needs i will be looking to get the vj back on the road, but im talking years here not months, lol.
i have had my shed broken into and the shotblaster among other things has been nicked. it was not much of a break in,my sheds not even got a lock but as i work away from home the house is empty for some time.
drills,snap-on tools, and other garage equipment all gone. im gutted! that was about 5 weeks ago now. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... Track=true here is a link to an ebay auction for the same make of blaster,if you get it for anywhere near the price its at now your laughing!! i will have to either replace your mounts or pay you for them james. if you want the money ill send it as soon as i get home. thanks again.

Will Lightburn, his username on here is willdatsun, he's always carting classic Jap cars all over the place. I'd suggest leaving him a private message (click on 'you have no new private messages' at the top of the page ;)).

I don't think the AA trick would work without the engine - "I was driving along and there was a lound bang, a couple of minutes later I realised the engine had fallen out" :D

Shame about the blaster Andy, are you still after this trunk lid for the VJ or not?

As for the mounts I could really do with the money right now, the Charger resto has been put back again due to the Victor's complications. I'll get the price for you.
