We had a club stand this year (2004) at this event and have been asked if we want to be there in February 2005.
Any comments . suggestions very welcome, as to whether or not we have a stand. It will also need nice cars, which I dont have!
Thoughts please.

There is a web site about the show ,
XWIShow.com
We will be able to have a stand for three to four cars, and cars can be entered privately. they do not need to be part of a club stand, if it is decided that would be a better way to go.
Date is
Sat & Sun Feb 19th and 20th 2005 , Friday will be set up day only. Deadline for entries is end December .

Apologies for not being able to post links to sites. I can work a spanner and a big hammer, but not a computer!

That'll teach me for rushing ... when I'm meant to be working
Anyway, back to the topic, I think last years was good PR for the club, amongst the masses

I'm glad it doesn't clash with valentines day this year!
I would offer my car but I don't think it's quite up to the mark. I'll be coming along though.

bbb. Don't do the modesty thang. It ain't befitting! As for the Valentines thing, tell me about it! It's me damn wedding anniversary but I had mates from Kent up to stay (Barracuda race car owner/driver and crew as seen on cover of Nats Vid/DVD) for the night. Cost me a very posh curry, I tell thee! And Hemi the Cat (MMA Member and Feline) got nicked for speeding.

Your car looks up to the mark from what I have seen, don't be modest. An early Charger is also very rare over here.
Steve Case has already promised his Pro-Street Purple Challenger (you all know the car), so that is good company straight away. We should have room for 3 -4 cars (had 5 last year including two wing cars).
Can I count you on the shortlist bbb??

I'd be stoked to be in the club display. I didn't know if you wanted show quality cars there or just good solid examples, that was what I meant with my comment really. I mean, my Charger is pretty straight with good paint and no rust but the chrome isn't perfect and there is a small tear in one of the seats (but this should be fixed by then). If you still want to use it I'd be more than happy to bring her up
