Acceptable bore wear

i've just measured the bore wear on my 360 as follows. Using a new ring i measured at the top (unworn) part of the bore and also at 22 down the bore.
Difference in ring gap is 0.0059"
Am i right in thinking that this is within acceptable wear tolerances?
