Anyone got a cheap source for Dynamat? I need about 3 square meters of the stuff.

But is Dynamat really any better than the cheap Bodyshop Warehouse Sound Deadening Panels I posted above?

Dave , got Dynamat all over the Pit , really deadens the sound , great stuff, have got a couple of rolls left over , can bring em to the HRDs , if you or someone near you are going.

i bought some stuff like this in Finland when I was over there (their car accessory shops seem SO much better than UK ones) It was like a sheet of tar, with like a square grid pattern embossed into the outside. The other side had some mega sticky glue and a yellow sheet of greaseproof paper covering that.
I used it to quieten down a petrol tank that I had installed an electric pump into. (tank just behind rear seat) i covered the tank in it. Amazing difference .
I also put some on my doorskins on my Datsun 120Y , partly to improve the stereo system. The doors used to kind of go clommmmmm when you closed them, now they make a nice satisfying clomp .
Dont put them on your drag car if you are worried about weight. really heavy!

I don't know of anyone around here going to the HRDs Adam but if at all possible I will have them off you somehow.
