Right, i have to make a desicion on the colour i want my challenger to be painted pretty shortly.
I was thinking black, but i hear about how the scratches show, and i dont want that sort of hassle, other than that i was thinking a deep blue of some sort, the car was originally white, so i could make it a vanishing point replica but not sure :? :help:

Your favourite colour for a 70 Challenger?

Any suggestions? :D

Perhaps be original and have Orange as in the picture

If I had a Challenger that was codded white I would definatly paint it white :thumbright:

Generally I hate white cars but havin' a Vanishing Point clone would be another matter ;)

If you don't like washing, silvers the one. Unusual colour for a B bod too :thumbright:

Yep, original colour if you can :thumbright:

And a pukka Vanishing Point look-a-like will also be in demand for appearances/publicity etc - praps not as much as a D o H Charger but enough to pay a few bills on the way :D

Funny enough. The Challenger in Vanishing Point does not look the same white as the production colour. That might just be the way the colour film picks it up but it does not look quite right in any of the shots.

When i bought my Belvedere it was cos i'd seen a black one and i thought it was the coolest car i'd ever seen.
Once i'd got it home i realised i quite liked the colour it was :?
I started a similar debate to this one about whether to paint mine or keep it original (sort of pale slightly metallic burgundy, sorry got no pics on this pc).
Original won it for me, yes there are hundreds if not thousands of colours you can pick from nowadays but nothing suits these cars like the colours that were made for 'em :thumbright:
