Mopar Caliper thread sizes?

Hi there, Blue is trying to help me with this, but in addition I thought I would post here.
I am trying to find out what the thread size is for a Mopar Kelsey-Hayes sliding pin type caliper (It is the same thread size as the sliding single pot '70 style calipers).
This is where the flexi hose goes in to the caliper, as I am having to get some aeroquipe hoses because the calipers are hung behind the wheel, not in front as standard set up.
I quess they are 7/16" (??) but do not know if they are 20 UNF or 24 SAE.
Also I assume the thread size at the other end where the hard line fits is 3/8"UNF. If anyone can confirm that it would be great too!!
I also assume that braided brake hose is JIC/AN size 3 - is this correct, please?
Any help would be much appreciated so I could get the car off my driveway - I am having to treat it as a round about.......
