So what size wheel and tyres am I going to be able to fit under this 69 Dart?

Should I go 14 or 15 inch?

Doubt you'll get wider than a 7" on the back. Go for 15" so you have a good selection of tyre sizes, not much choice in 14" these days. Assuming it is all stock you"ll be needing wheels in 4" PCD, good luck with that, they are few and far between....

I found someone that does quite a lot of 4" pattern Blue.
They aint cheap though.
