Andy, that Year One site has always been the same, I clicked the British Virgin Islands and even that didn't help, so I rang Jose and ordered over the phone.

I've done that ever since and had superb service. ;)

It sounds to me like you were trying to order stuff?

There is a link which says something like "overseas customers please click here".

They have a different system for us.

I have been using Year One since 1989 and although they are not the cheapest they do have the best customer service record out there. I cannot fault them on that score.

Yeah. I just checked.

Look at the screen shot below. After filling your shopping cart you click on International customers and you get an order form to fill out.

Once you submit an order you get a customer number. Use that customer number every time you order.

If you do use the online order they do not send it out staright away. They get your order ready and then find out the shipping costs. Then email you with the final bill for you to approve so it only ships when you reply to the email.
