THERE WAS A BETTER PICTURE BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE FILE FROM BITMAP TO J.PEG!! BUT THESE WILL DO..UNLESS SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO!

Try this Harley:
right-click on your file in Windows Explorer
select Open With
select Paint
with the file opened in Paint, click on File at the top of the screen,
click on Save As
change the File type to jpg/jpeg in Save as type
Hope it works
