Who's Lee is this?

Looking at the truck pulling it I'd say that it belongs to a guy called Phil Garlick. I only know him because he's the guy that supplied the Torino for the 5th gear feature. He's starting/started a business supplying movie cars and is currently in the process of building an awesome Batmobile from the 1989 Keaton movie!
