Standard discs are heavier than standard drums.

Then there's "aftermarket", like Wilwood, Cer-ching!!!!!!
Just add money...........

Discs drag as well.

Small width 8-inch drums used to be the thing to fit before these light weight discs came out.

You need to pick up a set of Kelsey Hayes Discs and Calipers for a B body John...that'll change your mind, they weigh a bleedin' ton!

Don't think Blue's using those on anything soon then.

i fitted willwood dicks and calipers to me car, alot lighter than the drums but i didnt think they were to expensive considering how much it would of cost me to over hale the drums
