I thought Aussie law made it impossible to drive something like that on the street?

Or is there a loophole that Kev doesn't know about yet?

Yeah, I think you need to find a deserted road a thousand miles, sorry kilometres from the nearest town :-$

Ivor

it depends on the state you are in

geographical and mental

i'm guessing its not street legal

but if you have the cash and a tame engineer anything is possible

its the cash bit that makes it mostly impossible.

mere mortals usually don't have the time money or inclination to go up against state goverment to get their green slip

Well he's spent 10 years building it and it stands him over a million dollars so i dont think cash or time are issues he worries about!

That seems such a shame for a country that is renowned for being so laid back...oh well, looks like Australia is pretty much the same as most first world countries...if you have loads of dosh, you can basically do what you want. :-k

Wasn't John Dodd's son a MMA member at one point? He posted a fascinating account of the car, how he brought it back from Spain after his Dad died and put it back on the road. I remember seeing it at the Guildford cruise not that long ago.
