its a car then is it - loks like someone stuck a load of random parts together is that rear spoiler of a porsche 911?? is so probably the most valuable part

As it's on four stud wheels and rear engined, I'd guess it's on a VW floor pan. Seems a total waste of a possibly not very good Beetle to me.

Glad to see they didn't waste a decent set of wheels on it. White spoke wheels are almost unique, they look crap on everything.....
