Just upgraded my gears from 2.76 (approx) to 3.23. What do I need to do to get the speedo to read correctly?

New speedo drive pinion that bolts into the gearbox. When I get a chance I'll dig out a URL for yer or maybe Blue will look in as he sourced mine. From 2.76 to 3.23 shouldn't be that bad, but your mileomteter will click up rapidly. I've got 4.10s up from 2.76 and it reads about 130 for 100.

Thanks Kev, the real problem is that i'm on a limited mileage policy and i 'lost' quite a few miles this weekend!

You not only need to match the speedo gear to the axle gear but also the tyre size.
What size tyres do you have on the rear?

As Dave say's we need the tyre size to work it out, I have a few speedo pinions in stock and I may have the right one.
