Summit quoting $599... Goodness knows what the shipping would be ! Let you know.

They look very nice - thick flanges, no pipes trailing below steering rods.

Probably be close to £500 delivered to your door.

They have gone up in price since I bought mine from Summit. I think mine cost a little over £400 to my door just over a year ago?

I just looked it up. Mine were delivered to my door at a total cost (including postage and taxes) of £488 on the 12th Jan 2007.

I think I was quoted £700 or more for TTIs at the time?

$599 dougs. + ~$175 for shipping. Thats about £390.
Depends if you get hit with the dreaded import. Looking like £500 all in.

Think I may be going down the 2nd hand route initially ! :(

Just bought some TTi 2 1/8 stepped ceramic coated and polished headers for $870, can let you know how much to ship when I get a price this week. I have a nice set of hedman full length and tuned headers for a B/body NEW and UNUSED if interested.

Morgan. Go for the Dougs. Yes they cost money. But they will save you a lot of hassle down the road. They are ceramic coated and polished just like the TTIs but look at the price difference!

Hedmans will last 5 mins and keep leaking.

Dave, these are not a pair of cheap 16 gauge $149 headers, but a pair of 18 gauge street/strip full length and tuned headers, and will cost you $700 + shipping.

I think you are right Dave. I should get something back for my TTIs (they are only a year old ! Only done 500 miles ! ). The Dougs look quality pieces of kit. Matched to a flowmaster back end they would sound beastly.

Slick - thanks for the offer, but I had a bad experience with Hedmans previously. Sure they are not the same as yours, but left a bad taste all the same.... Thanks anyhow !

Didn't mean to stand on your teos there mate. It is just that I see the word "Hedman" and the nightmares come flooding back.

If they are tuned length I am sure they are top quality.

Do you mean 14 gauge? 18 is thinner than 16 gauge.
