Excellent Customer Service

Sent my Big Stuff3 Electronic fuel injection back to the States to be upgraded, so it would interface with my Ultra Dash.

The guy has upgraded unit and sent back to me which was great. There was also a note in the box informing me he could not accept my credit card and could I please send him the money. He didnt want to delay shipment in case I needed it in a hurry.

Bearing in mind I have only spoken to BigStuff3 once, this is excellent service and very trust worthy.

P.S Yes, I have now arranged money transfer :)

That is great service indeed. However, my crystal ball tells me some lowlife will turn him over sooner or later.

That is the sad thing, I spent six hours on the phone yesterday trying to get money owed to my wife's ex business partner, who stitched her up...I had to do something I would never consider otherwise and lock them out of their own website and blackmail them to get back just 400 quid...a very sad reflection of people of today.

I really hope the Big Stuff guy doesn't get stiffed.
