Hey Trev, do a search for headliner bows into ebay, I've seen quite a few on there lately...that's assuming you haven't tried already!

Will be installing headliner in my Charger soon hopefully (it was missing when i got the car!
What i want to know is, does the windshield (and rubber) have to come out to do the headliner? looks like it is held in by the windshield rubber

I'm not sure that you won't need a trained octopus to help you out Will, but the windscreen and seal is out of my Road Runner and the headliner is firmly clamped in place and doesn't appear to go under the windscreen gasket.
On the other hand, my new headliner is definitely going in before the glass!

Ah, now I know what you mean Will, I'll check it out when I get home tonight, but I don't think it does go under the rubber.
I think the headliner goes around the grippers and a trim goes over the edge, next to the windscreen gasket.

Years of abuse of controlled substances...that's what's done my brain in Will!
Needless to say I got it completely wrong, but as promised, here's a shot of a factory installed headliner just behind the windshield and yes it does go behind the rubber gasket,
Sorry mate, it looks like the screen's gotta come out, though if you are careful, you may be able to hide it begind the upper trim...see for yourself...

Ivor, you really must remove your high heels when in the car. They are playing havoc with the headliner!

It's getting my suspenders caught around the gearshift that's the real headache...

It's possible to do it with the screen in - my 69 RR was replaced like that with no trouble. . Good contact adhesive , & hook it over those barbs.
