Rear drum brakes

If i slam the brakes on while in drive should the back brakes lock up, or just the fronts?

Fronts first, then backs.

With an auto will it stall the engine if the backs lock up?

Ive got all new brake parts, back brakes now lock up and the motor dosent stall 
my pads wernt gripping because of my oil leak.
