Water will ruin the band and friction linings, it's rebuild time....

no adjustable band,s in there terry, they are with selective pins during buildup, and also uses a clutch as a rear brake, blue is right water for some reason makes the friction material come off the glue used seems to not like it, dont know whay it should have locked up though, must be well fubbared
