If I change the rod bolts (to ARP) on my 360 do I have to have the rods resized to allow fitment?
Also, whats the best method for bolt removal as they are tight
These are basic questions as its my first Mopar motor rebuild.

Yes you do need to get the rods resized mate, also before you do you need to fully torque and release the ARP's 3 times to settle them.
The factory rod bolts should just tap out.

Thanks Alex, your a chap. That begs the next question, do I need to replace the rod bolts?
The motor is a mild build up (Edelbrock cam, inlet, 600carb, 340 manifolds) running thru 3.23 gears and revving to 4,500 max I suspect.
