Bargain! My Starrett dial gauge cost over a hundred quid, without the stand!

Do you just have the plunger type? Or are there finger gauges as well?
And what is shipping to Indy?

Yeah James - I have the finger type too!- Postage on either of the gauges wont be too bad - but if you need the mag base that will whack it up (£28 !)

I was looking for some mega accurate ones (+/-0.001mm), but they are also mega expensive.
I have an old +/-0.01mm plunger but it seems to have developed some hysteresis and doesn't necessarily return to zero which is a bit of a problem.
I haven't actually looked over here yet to see what is available but those do seem a very good price (which is why I enquired about accuracy, I expected an answer of +/- 0.1mm!!!).

I bought one of these off ebay a few months ago, imperial with the stand. Can't remember what I paid for it though.

Just thought I'd pass on some credit where it's due. Just ordered some kit from Mark on Wednesday. Got an E-mail yesterday to say it had been sent, with a tracking number on it, checked today, on it's way.... Just arrived! Brilliantly packaged and totally hassle free. Thank's, Mate!
