Assuming you have a 340 6-p, measure the width and length of the filter pans and I'll measure my aircleaner.

I am guessing they are the same as the 340 uses the same 2300 Holleys. They couldnt be closer together on my maniold so I guess my Aircleaner would fit your carbs etc. etc.
